Duplicate Accounts: If JJ Wain identifies more than one account registered to the same individual — whether through the same device, payment method, IP address, or personal details — all accounts will be suspended immediately. Any balance held across these accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.
JJ Wain reserves the right to refuse any registration without providing a reason, and to close any account that does not meet the eligibility criteria set out here.
You are solely responsible for keeping your JJ Wain login credentials — username and password — secure. Do not share your login details with anyone. JJ Wain will never contact you and ask for your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately so the account can be secured.

If a player is found to be under 18 years of age, their account will be closed immediately. Any deposits made will be returned where possible, but any winnings will be forfeited. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 per transaction. There is no platform-side fee applied to deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside JJ Wain's control.
All deposits must originate from a payment account or card registered in the same name as your JJ Wain account. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Deposits made from payment accounts not matching the registered account name may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
JJ Wain does not accept cryptocurrency deposits at this time. All transactions are in PKR only.

JJ Wain reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, JJ Wain will notify the player and may request supporting documentation before proceeding.
JJ Wain offers bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside them at the point of offer, as well as the general rules set out in this section.
JJ Wain has a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. This includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, coordinating bets with other players to exploit promotions, or placing bets specifically structured to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk. Where bonus abuse is detected, JJ Wain will cancel the relevant bonus, void any associated winnings, and may permanently close the account.
Important: If your account balance contains both real money and bonus funds, real money is used first for all bets. Bonus funds only come into play once real money is exhausted.

Any player found to have placed bets connected to match fixing, spot fixing, or any other corrupt activity in sport will have their account permanently suspended and the relevant authorities may be notified. Where account closure is due to a verified breach, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where closure is for investigative purposes and no breach is ultimately found, the balance will be returned.
You may also voluntarily close your JJ Wain account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification.
